Starting on the frontline and growing into enterprise change work, Rachael Kelly has spent her career helping people and organizations move through complexity, build stronger systems, and release human potential.
Rachael Kelly is not a founder who built a company from theory. She is an operator who built her career from the ground up, starting on the frontline, learning the realities of hourly work and operational execution firsthand, and advancing into leadership roles supporting some of the world's largest restaurant, franchise, hospitality, agriculture, and multi-unit organizations.
Over more than 20 years, she has led change across global brands, private equity-backed companies, franchise systems, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and founder-led businesses, supporting organizations representing hundreds of thousands of employees, thousands of locations, and billions in enterprise value.
Her leadership experience spans Pizza Hut, Sonic Drive-In, Sun World International, and a diverse portfolio spanning technology, sports, retail, education, healthcare and professional services, served through HiveSMART and Hive Enterprises. Because she has worked at every level of the system, she understands both the boardroom and the frontline, and the human and operational realities of each.
She founded Hive Enterprises after repeatedly seeing the same pattern: people are expected to perform, heal, grow, and move through life inside fragmented systems that were never designed around real human needs. Today, Rachael is building human systems infrastructure across work, health, family, and community through the Hive ecosystem.
